Luz Marina Gelvez Vargas
The Luz Marina Gelvez Vargas scholarship is the result of an excellent agreement with the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana Bucaramanga, in which we provide outstanding students of strata 1 and 2 the opportunity to receive a first class education in one of the best institutions of higher education in the region, covering 95% of the tuition for the entire career.
2022-2 Scholarship
Juan David Fuentes Patiño is the first beneficiary of the LUZ MARINA GELVEZ VARGAS Scholarship and is currently in his second semester of Systems Engineering.
Juan David is a high school graduate from Miguel Antonio Caro School in Barrancabermeja-Santander and since the beginning of his career we have accompanied him in his dream of becoming a talented Full-Stack Developer for Google, Meta or Microsoft. Starting this semester he will be mentored by an engineer with experience in the best technology companies in the world, including Google and Oracle, which will help accelerate his dreams.

The Acelerando Sueños Foundation continues to fulfill its mission and in alliance with the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana Bucaramanga, awarded two scholarships "LUZ MARINA GELVEZ VARGAS" for the first semester of 2023.
On this occasion, the beneficiary students are Mariana Garnica Torres for the graphic design program and Mayra Camila Pabón Pacheco for the law program.
Mariana is a high school graduate from Institución Educativa Provenza and we are sure that with her great talent, her desire to succeed and achieve her dreams, she will be an excellent professional with human qualities that will contribute to the construction of a better society for all.
Mayra Camila is a high school graduate from Colegio Santa Cruz de Girón and today is one of our scholarship recipients after overcoming an arduous selection process, so we are confident that with her talent, passion and dedication, she will become an excellent professional with an ethical sense that will positively impact her environment.
